Employer Sponsored visas are designed for employers to address skill shortages in their business for positions that cannot be filled via the local Australian labour market.
These visas can be applied either within or outside Australia.
Employer sponsored visa are generally applied for in 3 stages (please refer to the table):

Some of the requirements for the application include but not limited to:
- Meeting the relevant work experience required.
- Health and character requirements.
- Meet the English language proficiency requirement.
- Ensuring the occupation is on the relevant skill list.
- Ensuring the sponsorship and nomination have been approved if necessary.
- Sponsoring business being a lawful operating business.
