Business Visa

This Visa is for people who have an ownership interest in a business in their home country and would like to establish a new or develop an existing business in Australia.

This visa involves:

1. Submitting an Expression of Interest – This visa is point tested. You must attain a minimum of 65 points to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) via Skill select.
2. Submitting a Nomination – The subclass 188 is only available to applicants who are nominated by an Australian State or Territory. You must receive a nomination before lodging the visa application.  Please note different states or territories may have different requirements for nomination.

2. Visa application – You need to meet residence, personal and business assets or employee requirements and have been in Australia on subclass 188 visa for at least 12 months, within the 2 years prior to lodgement.
